Delivery is by a pallet distribution company to the UK mainland (excluding Scottish highlands) and is to CURB SIDE ONLY. There MUST be two people at the delivery address to offload this product, drivers are not insured to do this. Please advise if road access is difficult as goods are delivered on large lorries which will need room to off-load.

Damages and shortages but be notified within 24hrs of delivery. This product is not returnable if unwanted.
