This water base pavement sign has a hollow base which can be filled with water or sand to provide strength and stability for your outdoor signage. The frame is attached using heavy duty springs, which prevent the weighted outdoor sign from falling over in strong winds. Double side and visible from both sides. Easy poster change, snap frame allows quick poster changes. Plastic covers protects against rain and UV light.
