Mannequins

Mannequin Returns Policy: There is a handling charge of 15% on all returned goods unless delivered faulty or damaged.

If goods received are unwanted or have been ordered by mistake, this charge will apply and you will be liable for the cost of returning them back to us. Returned mannequins must arrive back to us in NEW, unsed condition, with ALL packaging and in original boxes. 

To initiate a mannequin return, you must contact us within 3 business days (including the day of receipt) of receiving the mannequins. After that time frame, all sales are final.
